Town of East Greenbush Assessment Information System (AIS)

The Towns of East Greenbush, Sand Lake, and Schodack received a Category A.2 Grant in 2006 under the Real Property Tax Administration Technology Improvement Grant Program from the NYS Office of Real Property Services. The objective of the grant was to institute a multi-purpose web-based parcel related software application that promotes the integration and use of parcel data with GIS (Geographic Information System) functionality among multiple departments and to provide greater assessment data to the public.

A special “Thank You” goes to each of the Town Supervisors and Town Board Members in the Consortium for allowing their Assessors to work together with Girk Cakmak, our Consultant from Bowne Management Systems, Inc. in Albany, NY, and to the staff at ORPS for their time, patience and understanding shown to us in this multi-jurisdictional collaboration.

Susan F. McCarthy, Assessor

Special Note: East Greenbush Town Assessor, Susan F. McCarthy wishes to advise town residents that the Assessment Information System (AIS) website contractor is waiting for updates from the county, which it needs to update the files and therefore the AIS site is under construction for the May updates for East Greenbush, Sand Lake and Schodack.
