Assessors Office Update : The Assessment Information System (AIS) PDF Print E-mail

The Assessment Information System is a tool for taxpayers and the general public to use and was brought to us by a grant secured by the Office of Real Property Taxes.  Since then, two more cities have joined the existing consortium of 3 towns.  As of July 1, 2008 the system has been down to include the 2 other cities.  In addition, we listened to the public’s comments about becoming more user-friendly and therefore, redesigned the entire site. The design is complete and the consortium members have finished their training with the new system and  found some improvements that have been approved and need to be made. Once the final changes are made, the site will be audited by the State and it should be up and running by Dember 15, 2008.  On behalf of the consortium members, we are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience.

Please call the Department of Assessment, with any questions you may have.
