Notice of Annual Election

Annual Election of the East Greenbush Fire District #3

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Election of the East Greenbush Fire District #3 will take place on Tuesday December 9, 2008 between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm at the firehouse located at 68 Phillips Rd, East Greenbush, NY for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing on January 1st, 2009 and ending on December 31st, 2013.

To be eligible to run for the office you must be a resident of Fire District #3.

Candidates for District Office of Commissioner must submit their letter of intent by the close of business on November 19, 2008 to the District Secretary at 68 Phillips Rd, Rensselaer, NY 12144 to be placed on the ballot.

All residents of Fire District #3 duly registered with the Rensselaer County Board of Elections as of November 17, 2008 shall be eligible to vote.
