The Parks Task Force is a volunteer committee that concentrates on revamping and revitalizing the town's parks. This committee meets at least once a month. During the summer months they may meet more than once a month. Individuals involved in this task force will be involved in planning and participating in events such as, Adopt A Park and Saturday in The Park. This task force may also conduct fund raising activities and offers recommendations regarding the allocation of funds between the town's various parks. |

Individuals involved in this commission are dedicated to creating and participating in programs that benefit the youth of East Greenbush. Youth Commission meetings are scheduled once a month, but may meet more during the spring and summer months. This commission co-sponsor's many of the town's events such as the Spotlight On Youth program, which is a program that identifies outstanding young citizens in the town. The commission also is responsible for interviewing young adults for summer employment. Finally, the commission is responsible for determining the allocation of funds between the town's various programs. |
